Edinburgh's landmark Balmoral Hotel is celebrating its confirmed status as a top business hotel, following two major accolades in prestigious publications.
The Balmoral has been voted best business hotel in Scotland, and seventh top business hotel in Europe, in a poll of The Top 20 Business Hotels by European Business Magazine.
The Balmoral was the only hotel in Scotland to feature in this poll, and was ranked ahead of world-renowned hotels such as The Four Seasons Georges V in Paris. The criteria included "a winning location with indefinable panache, the ambience of a stunning building and immaculate service".
In addition, The Balmoral was recognised in the Top 10 UK Business Hotels in the esteemed Condé Nast Traveller Readers' Awards held in London on Tuesday 6th September. The Balmoral, which ranked ahead of The Ritz in London, was voted best for location.
