Terms & Conditions
Initially a £1000 deposit is required to secure your booking. Thereafter, a contract will be issued showing the estimated cost, based on minimum numbers. 50% pre-payment will be due six months before the wedding.
We will reply confirming details of your booking enclosing your receipt for the deposit paid.
Should we not receive a deposit within ten days we will be obliged to release the provisional booking.
Six months before the function date, prices will be confirmed to you and dishes will be agreed.
Two weeks before the function date, the remaining balance of the bill is payable based on expected numbers and final details must be agreed.
If the final number of guests varies from that estimated one month before, then the following will apply.
If the numbers are higher, we will charge the extra number of guests to your credit card.
Prices
Prices are correct at time of print, but may be subject to change. All prices are inclusive of the current rate of VAT at the time of going to press.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel the function, we reserve the right to retain the deposit, along with 20% of the expected account, if given less than six months notice; 40% of the expected accounts, if given less than four months notice; and 60% of the account, if given less than two months notice.
